Last Psi Chi Spring 2014 Meetings and Board Member Elections For Next Year!!

These are the last two events of the semester. Therefore if you have not attended any of our previous events and would like to be considered an active member of Psi Chi (especially at graduation), then you need to come to at least two events this semester. NOW IS YOUR CHANCE!!!

May 5th: Dr. Herman will be presenting on VA careers and his experiences in treating soldiers with PTSD. He is a Maryland Psi Chi alum and would like to help out any undergraduates he can. This is a really great meeting to attend if you are possibly interested in a similar career or networking with a successful psychologist!!

May 7th: Special Guest Dr. Dylan Selterman, a psychologist experienced in dream analysis. Come write down your dreams while Dr. Selterman will anonymously read them and analyze them to the group. Please come with some examples of dreams you would like to be analyzed!!

Also learn more on HOW TO JOIN THE BOARD for next year!! Positions will be open!! Elections will be held in the same room after the meeting with Dr. Selterman on May 7th.

Certificates, t-shirts, pins may be picked up at these meetings as well.

Spring 2014 Induction Ceremony Wednesday!!

Inductees will be announced by name to receive their Psi Chi certificate, their pin, and their free t-shirt! Enjoy free food and beverages with other inductees.

If you are not a recent inductee, but are a member of Psi Chi and have yet to receive your certificate, pin, or t-shirt, please attend this or their May 7th meeting.

Have a question about relationships? Come to Psi Chi's Relationship Workshop with Dr. Curtis!

Psi Chi's "Relationship Workshop" is on Wednesday with Dr. Ryan Curtis! One of the professors for Psychology of Interpersonal Relationships!

Bring any relationship, communication, or general psychology question that you have for Dr. Curtis! This will be a fun, interactive way to have your relationship questions or problems answered.

Join members of Psi Chi and help decorate boxes for Psi Chi’s Non-Perishable Food Drive! These boxes will be placed around BRB and BPS and donations will be given to a local charity.
